New - fizzim 4.0 with FLAGS!

Version 4.0 of fizzim is here.

New features since version 3.6:

Flags - registered bits can change on transitions. This makes it easy to keep track of where the state machine has been without duplicating large parts of the diagram.
Ability to suppress items from the module portlist. This makes it easier to use internal variables, and easier to force state encodings.
Ability to define where unused states go.
